Was this a clean installation of vista origonally or did you upgrade from an earlier version of win?
Apparently this screen is audit mode. i did manage to get disk management open and noticed there was no recovery partition. I have just made a clean install of windows 7 and everything went fine. When i start i get the 3 boxes checked saying my computer is good to go for the upgrade, but then it says that there is not.
